Shanghai in the morning

I awoke on the 82nd floor of the Grand Hyatt, Shanghai hotel. I was struck by the beauty of the fog lifting outside my window and the emergence of tall buildings. There is much construction going on here with a mix of old world, new world and hope.

Of course you love Tokyo, you ARE Tokyo! ;-) The Shanghai photos taken from your 82nd floor are so surreal looking, very Bladerunnerish. But overall, I especially enjoyed the story of the wishing tree in Japan, I can really relate to moments like that. btw...have you seen the Great Wall yet??? 4 月 9 日
